Job description:
Providing excellent assistance and support to customers before, during, and after purchasing products or services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
3. Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support as needed.
4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and reporting purposes.
8. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on products, services, and processes.
9. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
- Great use of Microsoft
Added value if:
- Knowledge in marketing to assist in promoting products or services and understanding customer preferences and trends.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and support business initiatives in Chinese-speaking markets.
Starting date as soon as possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,900.00 per month
