Contract – 14 October to 25 November, possible extension

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to be the key point of contact for our corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivering a seamless experience in the lead-up to our events.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the Customer Experience Executive will provide exceptional service to our client and participants, providing prompt and attentive replies to questions and entry requests. You will provide event-related information and foster strong relationships with our client. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the professional image of MetaSport.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email
- Ensure that the first interaction that participants have with the event and MetaSport, and the image we project as a company is seamless
- Respond promptly to client requests for promo codes or customer follow-up
- Handle and resolve participant queries in a proactive manner, aiming for a win-win outcome for both parties
- Keep detailed records of enquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken
- Process event refunds and any race entry changes directly on the event registration system
- Prepare and distribute Customer Experience activity and feedback reports weekly
- Regularly review event website, FAQ’s and runner guide content based on participant’s feedback
- Any other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by management
- Manage customer databases
Key Requirements and Competencies
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong capacity to relate to others
- Caring and empathetic nature, a positive spirit, patience, and the ability to remain composed
- Meticulous with records, tracking, and detail-oriented processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work from home (primarily)
Commitment
- Remote role: 4 hours per day (schedule to be discussed).
- Contract period: October 14th to November 25th.
- Salary: S$2,000 per month.
