Business Development Executive (Sales)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our local market presence by building strong merchant relationships and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Execute the company's expansion strategy and meet local market growth targets.
  • Merchant Acquisition: Engage with target merchants, present our platform, and onboard them to our services.
  • Client Engagement: Understand merchant needs, provide tailored solutions, and support inquiries, proposals, and requests.
  • Merchant Support: Manage backend settings, help merchants navigate our app, and maintain updated merchant data.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to meet GMV, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data, identify key insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Operational Assistance: Resolve merchant operational issues and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Growth Opportunities: Be innovative and entrepreneurial in identifying new growth opportunities for your assigned merchants.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Personality: Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
  • Experience: Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Compensation: Competitive salary with a combination of base pay, commissions, and incentives.
