• Work with the Director to set and execute strategy for local and regional business expansion.
• Builds market position by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with agents and any other appropriate business entities.
• Recruiting new agents in selected countries and training those agents and service offerings and other relevant information.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to inform marketing strategies
• Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the proposition of oversea education to maximise relevance within the local market
• Develop the whole marketing strategy including product development, pricing, multichannel communications plans and parent engagement programmes to support service growth
Job Requirement
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in sales, business development, and customer facing role.
• Work experience in marketing and media sector preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Strong sales skills and business acumen.
