Strive is an online coding school for kids (8-16). We help students start and commit to their coding journeys by making coding fun and exciting. We focus, above all else, on making the process of learning joyful.

Role
At Strive, we develop teacher materials for global math and coding curriculum. This content is built on our custom platform.
We’re looking for a skilled and organised Lead Curriculum Developer to oversee the ideation, creation and delivery of this innovative educational content specifically designed for middle and high school students. In this remote position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the pipeline of content projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Leading a team of content developers, guiding them in creating engaging and effective resources that align with global educational standards, particularly for markets in the USA, Canada, and beyond.
- Creating your own content along with the team that you manage
- Researching pedagogical best practices to inform curriculum design and instructional strategies.
- Working with educators that are Strive users, to gather feedback and refine content offerings.
- Monitoring and analyzing educational data to assess the impact of curriculum materials on student learning outcomes.
- Staying current with trends in education technology and curriculum development to inform innovative practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in curriculum development for math and/or coding education at the middle and high school levels.
- Strong python coding capability to build complex coded modules on the Strive platform
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing content development pipelines.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team of content developers.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including educators, developers, and administrators.
- Experience with instructional design methodologies that incorporate technology into learning.
Bonus
- Familiarity with global educational standards, particularly those relevant to the USA and Canada.
- Previous teaching experience in math or coding at the K-12 level.
