Job Description
- Executing Supervisory duties for a team of cleaners in our assigned establishments
- Plan, roster and assign any periodic, ad-hoc and routine cleaning duties as instructed
- Ensure cleaning standards, inventory management, productivity, facility maintenance and other duties
- Taking care of all cleaning equipment
- Performing inspections regularly and routine spot checks of facility
- Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects
- Ensure adherence to cleaning standards and protocols at all times
- Any other duties assigned from ad hoc basis
Skills & Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level
- Willing to work weekend roster
- Prior experience in a commercial building is an advantage
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- A successful track record of managing a team
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- An attention to details
- Strong communication skills
