You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the entire production process from start to end, and to ensure that the Company's film & media projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description:
- Be involved in client presentations, relationship building and account servicing.
- Work with the team to craft creative proposals for potential clients during pre project development.
- Build and develop new initiatives/workplan that will improve operation efficiency and workflow productivity.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely client communication.
- Effectively managing the production team and provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members.
- Allocate resources effectively according to each project and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Set quality standards and expectations.
- Build and improve on existing SOP to support operational goals.
- Hire and assemble high performing team members.
- Develop and execute strategies for the Company to reflect growth in this business segment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Film & Media, Business Administration with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Must have at least 3 years of project management background experience in similar field.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- To have sufficient knowledge in film & media productions.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
