Key tasks include platform administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring best practices for development. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align requirements, provide technical expertise, and maintain detailed system documentation. Strong communication skills and at least 8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience are required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in ServiceNow IT development and administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and API integration.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have: Experience with AIOps.
