Senior HR Generalist
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Liaise with Head Principals for all employee-related matters
- Checking of attendance and leave submissions
- Manage end-to-end payroll for an organization with a headcount of 500 or more (with the support of fellow HR team members)
- Processing of claims (Maternity, NS, Levy waiver, other government paid leave)
- Timely monthly CPF and Income tax submissions
- Submission of MOM related surveys
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, provide guidance on workplace policies, and foster a positive work environment.
- Preparation of employment contracts, letters, forms, etc
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle compensation inquiries
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Create, maintain and update employee records to comply with legal requirements
- Work pass applications, renewals, transfers, etc
- Handle insurance related enquiries and claims
- Assist with occasional recruitment process (posting vacancies and arranging interviews)
- Other administrative duties

What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Well versed with employment act
- Has handled payroll of more than 100+ headcount
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to implement new HR policies and improve processes
- Independent
- Positive mindset
- Flexible
- Team player with a can do attitude!
- Able to start immediately
Working hours: 9 am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Near Havelock MRT (Brown Line)
