Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team immediately in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our creative services. You will collaborate closely with our talented creative team to execute projects to meet the deadlines and and exceed client expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop and execute effective campaigns.
- Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services to existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Ensure that client feedback is incorporated into project execution and manage expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency.
- Strong understanding of photography, videography and creative is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software and Englsh Language
