Responsibilities
- Achieve and grow company revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
- Generate new leads and manage marketing efforts, including calls to action and outreach to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales.
- Prepare and monitor sales volume and revenue regularly, ensuring consistent sales in the pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to foster long-term connections.
- Research and analyze changing dynamics impacting businesses to identify new opportunities.
- Undertake the entire sales process, negotiate terms, close sales, and manage the backend administrative tasks.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute tactical projects and improve sales efficiency.
- Provide administrative support by managing customer inquiries, generating sales and delivery orders, and invoicing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales, with track records of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face outreach in high-traffic areas to promote product /services, collect leads and follow up with the leads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
