Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure
- Setting up, configuration and maintain of network equipment, and server.
- Implementation of new IT systems.
- Provide IT Support and troubleshooting for IT matters.
- Purchase / Setting up PCs, mobile phones and necessary applications.
- Inventory control of IT equipment, user account and software license.
- Provide support within organization and implementation of IT Infrastructure.
- End-user support and vendor control.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 2 years working experience
- Good technical knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2008, server administration and network support.
- Microsoft Windows 7.0 and above
- ITIL knowledge
