Roles & Responsibilities
· Valid driver's license of Class 4 (Singapore) with a clean driving record,
· Preference with construction site knowledge, management and basic regulations
· Adherence to work site safety, WSH protocols and procedures is Essential
· Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with site supervisors and team members
· Problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected obstacles on work sites
· Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
· Communicating and coordinating with site dispatchers and stores
· Obeying and following applicable LTA traffic laws
· Securing load and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
· Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with delivery log
· Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
· Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules in accordance to schedule
· Complying with truck driving rules and regulations
· Reporting on document site incidents thru Worksite Incident Report (WIC)
· Interacting with site managers and main-con personnel in a professional manner
· Attending and performing pre vehicle inspection reports and reporting defects to Admin.
· Recording and submitting to office admin in delivery log report on deliveries,
Essential Responsibilities
· Ability to guide and supervise on Site Standard Operations Procedures (SSOP) on construction sites and understand works site hazards.
· Capability to be part of Site Admin Lead Team, understanding worksite activities and ensuring flow of documentation within site offices and main con admin.
· Essential understanding of standard construction work site process and its application experience.
· Ensures correct and secure movements of controlled materials in accordance to company's security regulations.
