Information:
- Salary range: $4,000 - $5,000
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Identify the defects in the operational equipment and rectified the issues.
- Monitor equipment performance, adjusting to performance specifications.
- Install, calibrate, modification and simulate industrial machine/robot.
- Work with Suppliers and Vendors to determine selection of proper components.
- Communicates the status of operating equipment to production supervisors or managers.
- Maintain logs, reports and records of work performed in the plant.
- Propose improvements to prevent the re-occurrence to avoid similar incident.
- Coordinate with all contractors for in-house periodic maintenance including plant facilities and repairs.
- Documentations & Housekeeping of spare parts, tools, and accessories.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment with an automation background.
- Ability to interpret Electrical design and drawing.
- Experience in using PLC/ HMI with Siemens S7 brand
- Occasionally travel maybe required
