Key responsibilities:
- Maintain employee data by ensuring the accuracy of records in both HR systems and e-personal files
- Handle the application, termination, and renewal of work passes in a timely manner.
- Submit government surveys and ensure compliance with relevant reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of funding and grant applications and claims, including but not limited to parental leave claims, NSmen claims, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to update the Grants Operating Framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Process HR vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
- Support the implementation and execution of HR projects and programs that promote employee well-being and recognize employee achievements.
- Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Payroll experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administrative / Business Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Meticulous and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and presentations
- Good written and communications skills
