- Perform front desk duties like Walk-Ins, answering treatment inquires, answering phone calls.
- Able to understand customers aesthetic requests and book appointments accordingly
- Ensure customers inquires and/or complaints are handled in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with the team and doctors to ensure maximum client satisfaction in terms of needs and service
- Maximise sales opportunities wherever : Promote products, tell about latest treatments, showcase doctors.
- Follow up on clients on post procedure, treatment progress and following appointment/s for next treatment or review (continuity of business)
- Equip oneself with Customer handling : Provide professional customer service, possible treatment recommendation, Skincare knowledge)
- Perform reception and administrative duties as required. POS, day to day closing)
- Work together with the marketing team to further understand the make-up of our customers
Requirements
- Min N / O level
- Min 3 to 4 years of customer service exp from luxury retail / Airline / Hotel / healthcare industry
Mon - Fri: 11am - 8pm
Sat: 11am - 4.30pm
