Job Description:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical installations, testing, and maintenance
2. Mechanical system installations, maintenance, and repairs (pumps, motors, HVAC)
3. Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical faults
4. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
5. Collaborate with engineers and technicians on projects
6. Develop and implement maintenance schedules
Requirements:
Essential:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in electrical mechanical technical works
3. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
4. Valid electrical/mechanical license/certification (if applicable)
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable:
1. Experience with industrial control systems and automation
2. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA)
3. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS)
4. Certification in electrical/mechanical trades (e.g., NETA, NICET)
Skills:
1. Electrical circuit analysis and troubleshooting

Physical Demands:
