Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager (RSM), who will be embedded to one of our major MNC client. will oversee protective security operations across the assigned region, ensuring the safety of company assets, employees, and visitors. This role involves developing and managing comprehensive physical security programs in collaboration with workplace teams, commercial teams, quality assurance, public affairs, and other disciplines. The RSM will support physical security, security operations, event security, facility integrity, and crisis management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional security operations, crisis management, and compliance with both local and international regulations.

Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
- Manage and coordinate with local security teams and external security partners.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of security systems equipment.
- Support the enterprise and physical security requirements within the assigned region.
- Ensure SLA/KPI's are maintained and regularly reviewed with our security partners.
- Oversee and support external events, activities, and meetings.
- Develop, implement, and manage physical security policies, procedures, and programs across assigned regions in collaboration with the wider Corporate Security team.
- Conduct risk assessment and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards. Undertake the role as the Corporate Security point of contact when supporting the business crisis management team in your assigned region. Lead and coordinate the response efforts during security incidents and emergencies in your assigned region. Conduct post-incident investigations and create detailed reports. Conduct security awareness training for employees and contractors. Develop and deliver training programs for local security personnel. Stay updated with the latest security technologies and practices and ensure continued improvement in security operations. Act as a liaison between regional offices, headquarters, and external agencies on security matters. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security issues and activities. Collaborate with our wider departments to integrate security considerations into business operations. Provide site leadership, SVP's, VP's, and GM's guidance in achieving security related business objectives. All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
A bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal justice, or a related field with six plus years' experience in security management. Professional certificate (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred but not essential. Member of a professional security body for security professionals.
