Causita Pte Ltd (Vino Tinto) is located at One Raffles Quay, opening in mid-November 2024! We are looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic front of house team!
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures established for the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Understands and can communicate products and services available.
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant such as answering phone calls
- Handle table reservations and control the flow of customers.
- Supervise the assigned section.
- Support the Management of the outlet and be a role model for junior staff.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B
- A supportive and outgoing personality along with a positive attitude
- A guest-first approach to hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Restaurant, the brand and the Company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
