Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist respondents in completing selected surveys online or through manual collection, ensuring all manually collected data is accurately entered into the system.
  • Conduct field visits for selected respondents who are not contactable by phone.
  • Perform daily updates of call outcomes using assigned Excel files.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion goals.
  • Handle objections from respondents regarding survey participation in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately update daily reports to reflect productivity and survey completion.
  • Clean rejected survey data after submission due to errors or ambiguities encountered during the collection phase.
  • Diligently input case notes for each respondent into the system for future reference and follow-up action plans (e.g., call outcomes, refusals to participate in surveys).
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
  • Achieve established key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service roles.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory position. Candidates without academic qualifications may be considered with relevant work experience.
  • Advantageous to have a background in call centers, direct sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in handling escalations and complaints to de-escalate situations effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as internet usage.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Selected applicants must complete a training course and pass an assessment test before being deployed to operations.
