Job Description:
- Working in the aviation industry with keen interest in supporting digital transformation efforts.
- Supporting the marketing team that plans and develops strategic acquisition strategies to raise awareness, drive adoption, and enhance user engagements for app.
- Supporting other enterprise marketing initiatives such as user lifecycle programming, gamification, as well as other aspects of digital product management.
- Support marketing and publicity efforts to raise awareness and educate users on specific features on the app.
- Liaise with the appointed creative agency or internal teams to create the publicity collaterals such as key visuals, short-form videos.
- Manage in-app marketing assets and work with internal business units to curate effective content to support airport wide publicity and drive campaign visibility and click-throughs.
- Monitor, measure, and analyse app usage, engagement, and marketing performance to derive insights for optimisation of marketing spend and maximising of ROI.
- Monitor and follow-up with users on feedback and reviews across all channels to facilitate product enhancement and optimization efforts.
- Support other app related operations such as content population, link/QR code creation and inventory management.
- Perform other general duties such as administrative tasks, app releases, and other relevant areas in support of app development and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communications or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (or any other design software), and basic photo/video-taking
- Creative flair with keen acumen on customer-centricity
- A good team player that is resourceful and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
