Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6:30pm, Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Job Description:
- Manage the school’s reception counter and front desk support (e.g. handling enquiries, calls & walk-ins)
- Recording and distribution of mails
- Assist in general administrative and data entry duties (e.g. student early departure, student latecomers record, etc)
- Assist in stationery inventory management
- Assist in keypress management
- Any other duties assigned by the Authority.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. Able to communicate and write in English competently.
2. Possess excellent customer service skills.
3. Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office programs: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
5. Minimum GCE ‘N’ level, NITEC or equivalent qualifications.
6. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration functions or equivalent.
7. Candidates who have relevant working experience in a school setting will have an added advantage.
