• Taking accurate and correct orders from the customers
• Provide customer service at an exemplary level upholding the professional image of the company
• Stay engaged with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide product advisory, answer to customers enquiries, and explaining orders over the phone
• Maintain and update customers’ records on timely basis
• Update clients with any changes of delivery schedules and providing alternatives
Requirements
• IT Savy, able to use simple word documents
• Prior Customer service experience
• Able to work in a shophouse office with a central kitchen downstairs
