Job Description:
- Call respondents using a provided dataset. (No cold-calling)
- Conduct structure surveys using a script over the phone in a friendly yet professional manner
- Enter responses into the computer system
Requirements:
- Passion for speaking with people over the phone
- Does not let rejections affect your positive attitude
- Able to comfortably read from and follow a script without paraphrasing
