Job Description
· Support Work Permit recruitment process
· Work Permit application, renewal, cancellation
· Arrange employee medical check appointment
· Maintain proper document of employee database
· Issue Contract/Confirmation/Promotion/Warming Letters
· On boarding and Off Boarding
· Updates Overtime records
· Payroll for workers
· Monitor office stationeries
· Other ad-hoc admin as required
Requirement
· Min Diploma in Human Resource
· With 2 years experiences
· Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
· Proficient in Infotech HR software
· 5 day work per week
