responsibilities:
- Building defects and M&E management
- Assist the Property Maintenance Team in the efficient operation and management of properties.
- Work together with team members to tackle maintenance issues and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), applicable laws, government regulations, and company policies.
talents:
- preferably an individual who has more than 5 years of working experience in residential projects
