- Provide project management support to run projects from end to end, including tracking deliverables and coordinating with local teams to arrange/set-up venues for visits in multiple regions.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the card transaction lifecycle, including stages such as authorization, batching, clearing, and settlement, to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- This involves coordinating with stakeholders like merchants, acquirers, issuers, and card networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, resolving transaction issues, and optimizing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, schedule, and manage resources efficiently to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Adapt flexibly to changing project requirements and environments, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
