Retail Associate (Junior/Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, sizes, and availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Provide product recommendations and styling advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• Training will be provided.
• Preferred: Experience in Retail (Preferably Fashion), promoting and servicing customers.

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: S$ 2,200 – 2,500 + Overtime (OT) pay + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
