Job Description
- Lead the Accounting team and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, Billing, etc
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update AR and AR and perform reconciliations
- Assist in processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available, when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Possess an ACCA / Degree in Accountancy
- Possess at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Full Sets of Accounts
- Proficiency in Xero & QuickBooks is advantageous
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent problem-solving
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
