Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis;
2. Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and school stakeholders);
3. Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the Personnel should be covered by insurance provided by company;
4. Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting & distribution of materials or items;
5. Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources;
6. Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing;
7. Provide necessary support in school events;
8. Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school.
