Work Location: Punggol Area
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working Hours: Mondays to Wednesdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Thursdays: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm. (All Inclusive of 30mins break)
Job Description:
- Handling Phone Calls
- Attending to walk-in (parents,students,vendors etc)
- Filling, typing and printing
- Maintain General Office Storeroom and inventory of office supplies, First aid supplies and maintain the sick bay.
- Other ad hoc duties
Qualification and skill:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and receptionist in a school
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good Team Player with initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
