Mid-Senior UI Designer

Job Summary:

As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain a UI component library.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

At least 4-5 years of experience in UI design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

It’d be great if you have:

Experience in the financial sector.

• Extensive experience with user research and usability testing.

• In-depth knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
