Job Summary:
As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain a UI component library.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
