Job Scope
- Monitoring project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Identifying potential cost overruns and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Preparing the final account for the project, which includes reconciling costs and payments
- Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it is on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Experience in Civil Projects is an advantage
- Background in LTA projects is a plus
