Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs.
- Execute the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for diverse client requirements.
- Maintain strong rapport and lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process.
- Drive business growth through proactive business development efforts and effective management of key client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the existing client base and collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business prospects.
