Assistant / Operations Manager

Crawfurd Medical Centre Pte. Ltd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including health screening and GP services
  • Manage the front-of-house, including reception, patient check-ins, and customer service
  • Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, from registration to consultation and follow-ups
  • Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
  • Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and training to ensure optimal service levels
  • Maintain and monitor inventory, including medical supplies and clinic equipment
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient experience and service quality
  • Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, corporate invoicing, cash collection, control measures and other financial operations
  • Regular checks and audits on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc.
  • Regular checks and audits on payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients
  • Oversee AR, credit services and bad debt management
  • Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
  • Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
  • Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes and issues with patients / external stakeholders with professionalism
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop improvement plans when necessary
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions and awareness campaigns
  • Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management


Qualification & Experience: -

  • Possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management role
  • Good understanding of health screening, GP operations and front-of-house management
  • Passion for working in in healthcare industry
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in clinic management software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for patient care
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Salary offered will be based on individuals’ experiences and qualifications
