Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and drive campaigns to profile the hospital, its initiatives, and professions.
- Develop and execute staff engagement plans to improve engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
- Provide communications counsel and support to departments, including branding and editorial oversight for collaterals.
- Develop and manage crisis communications and participate in emergency preparedness exercise.
- Potential to transit to a permanent position after contract.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative, meticulous, and results-orientated.
- Able to work with independently in a fast-paced environment.
