You will be responsible for:
- Working with the Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards.
- Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages orders, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
- Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Coaching and training of service crew.
- Providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on teamwork and motivation.
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
- Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with local authorities’ health and safety regulations.
- Validating and consolidating invoices and staff claims for processing.
- Fully learn and master kitchen operations.
Requirements
· At least 2 year of food and beverage service experience
· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, etc)
· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
· Guest-oriented and service-minded
· Good interpersonal skills
