Our client, who is one of the leaders in commercial products is currently looking for District Sales Manager to join their admirable team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible to Lead business solutions/sales executives in daily activities. Supervise, train and guide sales force to achieve sales targets.
- Pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate sales terms
- Review with Sales Executive on sales issues.
- Provide guidance, support and solution to problems encountered
- Monitor Sales Executive’s progress and activities
- Provide product and sales training
- Gather market information from Sales Executives’ feedback
- Liaise with various departments, e.g. Service and Delivery Departments, to ensure smooth coordination of customer service
- Visit customer to gather demonstration progress/feedback
- Review individual Sales Executive’s performance, motivate and encourage Sales Executives to achieve sales target
- Conduct weekly team brainstorming session to develop plan and strategy to improve sales performance
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years B2B sales related experience
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Pro-active, resourceful and proven sales track record
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Self-motivated, result oriented and customer focused with good interpersonal skill
