Network Infrastructure Engineer

1. IT Support Staff deployed to have the networking knowledge to support the team’s operational work, further elaborated below
2. To move IT equipment with the proper handling tools
3. To escort vendor to Network Control Room (NCR) facility tasks
4. To perform L1/L2 network troubleshooting tasks (wired, wireless)
5. To facilitate cabling works/termination, wireless Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Connection Provisioning
6. 1st responder / Proactive monitoring for network congestion/issue/health
7. OS admin tasks for network services servers
8. Network admin tasks for network services servers

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are highly preferred.

Experience

• Several years of experience in network administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems.
