- Manage the school’s reception counter.
- Assist in administrative works such as data entry and key issuance.
- Maintenance of school photocopier
- Secondary 1 registration
- Maintenance of general office pantry
- Student transfer
- Maintenance of stock school stationeries, e.g. A4 papers, pens, markers etc
- Managing school’s email
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Administrative Manager, Teachers and Co-workers.
Qualification
- At least a GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent certificate
- Possess at least 3 years working experience in secondary school(s) in the areas of reception and general administrative duties.
- Relevant Office Skills (E.g. Competent in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Managing of Email (Outlook/Gmail), etc)
