Job Summary:
TOS Auto is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role will involve coordinating various marketing activities, assisting with content creation, managing social media platforms, and analyzing marketing performance. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to learn about the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Support in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and respond to customer inquiries.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in developing effective marketing strategies.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to suggest improvements and optimize future efforts.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, or other marketing-related activities.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases, organizing files, and managing marketing materials inventory.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, content management systems) is a plus.
