Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager(s) and Assistant Relationship Manager(s) within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, financial reports, and investment proposals as relevant.
- Provide other administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling client inquiries as relevant.
- Assist in maintaining the organizing of client data and records for the organization.
- Interact with other team members and departments to provide excellent client service.
- Stay up to date with financial markets, industry trends, and economic developments by conducting research and monitoring news.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred.
- Strong written and conversational skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
Internship Duration
- Ability to commit to at least a 4-months internship. A 6-months internship is preferred.
