Job Scope:
- Handle leases and tenancies, including allocation, extension, renewal, and termination.
- Oversee daily operations, including perform check in/out and accommodation.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with dormitory rules and regulations.
- Perform patrols and handle security matters.
- Attend to emergencies and prepare incident/occurrence reports.
- Maintain records such as Sick Bay and Lost & Found.
- Promote healthy and safe practices within the dormitory.
- Monitor and review service levels with partners/vendors.
- Deal with contractors on maintenance issues and supervise works.
Requirements:
- Possess either FSM or PLRD
- Any other dormitory related certificates
- Any CERT certifications
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dormitory regulations in Singapore.
