Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing databases.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
