Job Scope:
- Manage and plan the maintenance services, schedules, and improvement projects to ensure smooth building operations, in collaboration with the Senior Management team.
- Keep track of and monitor maintenance programs and schedules to ensure timely execution and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee the smooth and safe operation of all building systems, including fire safety, landscaping, and mechanical & electrical systems.
- Handle emergency and ad hoc repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting, while providing technical support and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure that the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors adhere to ISO standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met, prepare monthly reports for management, and perform any other assigned Facilities Management duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management / Building / Engineering or any equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
