Responsible for defining, optimizing, and documenting critical end-to-end processes across the value chain (Supply Chain Management) —such as order-to-cash, demand-to-supply, procure-to-pay, in-to-outbound, master data, and product lifecycle management. It focuses on the continuous enhancement of process quality through collaboration with process owners, experts, and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, this position oversees the effective and measurable execution and advancement of processes, monitoring the progress of initiatives against set objectives. Continual self-education in areas like digitalization systems and process/project management is essential, with the responsibility to disseminate this knowledge within the workplace as required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Map business processes to SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, QM, etc.). Propose process improvements and recommend SAP solutions.
2) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP and MES systems. Conduct workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
3) Work with SAP functional consultants to configure SAP modules based on business requirements.
4) Develop the interface between SAP and MES with IT / OT Team. Help identify the need for custom developments, perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
5) Assist in project management and managing SAP / MES projects, from scope definition to delivery.
6) Develop and deliver training sessions to end users on how to use SAP applications effectively. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system meets ongoing business needs.
7) Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Maintain accurate records of system changes and ensure proper documentation is in place for future reference.
8) Improve the master data management under SAP. Create the dashboard for the business needs with Process Intelligence and Data Mining tools and Power BI (training will be provided)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
1) Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Min 3 years’ experience, strong understanding of SAP modules and their business implications. Especially MM and SD.
2) Manufacturing background. Experience with Manufacturing Execution System.
3) Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4) Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
5) Project management abilities.
6) Technical knowledge of SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
