Job Duties:
- Greet and assist customers, directing them to the self-help kiosk for queue tickets.
- Verify customer transactions and appointment times, providing necessary assistance.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Address basic inquiries from customers.
- Support the Customer Service Center operations
- Ensure timely collection and processing of documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents collection
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/ administrative functions
- Proficient in MS Office
