Description:
Operations & Admin Support
- Conduct site surveys, inspections and investigative works related to building defects, facilities management, and construction activities.
- Assist the Senior Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of ongoing projects by being the point-of contact between clients, engineers, site coordinators, subcontractors and authorities.
- Coordinate and provide timely update of project status by utilising the Project Management System to track progress.
- Prepare reports to detail findings of all inspections associated with structural investigation, periodic structural inspection (PSI), periodic façade inspection (PFI) and ad-hoc inspections.
- Follow-up with clients, engineers and all stakeholders on any issues related to site works, technical reports and feedbacks.
- Support the Drone team in the identification of defects and report writing.
Requirements:
- Preferably Civil, Structural Engineering background or related engineering field.
- Minimum have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possess some site experience in construction firms or projects.
- Able to carry out site inspections and identify common building defects and anomalies.
- Proactive team player and with good communication skills to bridge between team members and the Senior Management of NovaPeak.
- Able to provide technical advice and engineering support to any new areas of work.
- Willing to carry out ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned, especially in the area of gathering information.
- Possess basic Microsoft Office skills, Project Management Skills;
- Certification in Work-at-Height or any safety-related qualification will be added advantage.
