- Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
- Coordination and communication between HQ and Site Office
- Prepare sales quotations and purchase requisition
- Provide administrative support for Project Manager and various inter department
- Oversee the day-to-day admin functions of the department.
- Maintain document archiving system for hardcopies and e-filing into server
- Inventory control of IT related equipment, stationeries etc.
- Assist in event coordination such as in house training etc.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
Job Requirements:
- Nearest MRT - Bukit Batok.
- 5 days work week.
- Min 'A' Level or equivalent with one (1) year experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
