Responsibilities
• Handle customer orders for piece parts and repair units.
• Manage Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair units.
• Monitor and follow up on sales and purchase order activities.
• Address customer complaints and provide necessary solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee retrofit and warranty administration.
• Generate reports and perform various administrative duties.
• Act as a liaison between departments (Workshop, Logistics, QA) regarding customer orders.
• Fulfill "On Call" Duty (e.g., AOG) if volunteering to be on standby.
• Reduce the aging of un-invoiced activities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- GCE A level or Diploma in Business Administration or similar discipline, with minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service in an MNC environment.
- IT literate, proficient in MS applications, particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of BaaN software (or similar such as ERP, SAP)
- Good communication skills (oral and written) to interact with internal and external customers.
